SCS90S-3 horizontal multistage inverter booster pump is a new generation product on base of traditional cast iron multistage pump, reduced the noise and stainless steel pump parts can be suitable for drinking water. This product has 3 major parts: 1. Permanent magnet motor, 2. Stainless steel pump part, 3. Inverter controller. The pump body and casing are stainless steel, durable performance, rustproof and anti-corrosion. Installed with specialized mechanic seals, S1 duty. Multi-electronic protections, easy operation, low noise and vibration. Improves your water using experience.  

This product is suitable for water pressure booster and industrial liquid supply, can be used for tap water, water tower, mineral water, demineralized water and other light industrial liquid transfer, circulation and the related pressure booster. domestic water boosting, circulations and pressure increasing, such as city water, water purification systems, etc.

Button instruction

  There are 2 buttons for ON/OFF and Stage-setting.
  1. Press ON/OFF button to turn on or turn off the pump. When it is OFF, the pump is stopped permanently. When it is ON, the pump is running under the set stage.  
  2. When pump is running, press the stage-setting button to choose the suitable pressure. There are 5 stages can be chosen.

Pipe inlet & outlet installation

Installation notice:
1. Pipe diameter should not be smaller than pump inlet diameter.
2. Pipe for inlet preferred to be harder, because the soft pipe can be deformed by the pump sucking pressure.
3. Recommendation: If possible, install a check valve at the outlet. It will be easier for maintenance: 1) close the valve to hold the water inside the pipes, 2) In case of all taps are closed and pump still running, close the valve and if the pump stop means the pipe system has leakage, if the pump still running means the pump has error.
