SPS90 is combined by 3 major parts: high efficiency permanent magnet brush-less motor, pump part, intelligent frequency-conversion controller. It has wide working range, high head, big flow, small volume, light weight and nice appearance. easy to use and simple to operate, no need professionals to make adjustment. Improves your water using experience.
This product is suitable for domestic water boosting, circulations and pressure increasing, such as city water, water purification systems, etc.
Features
1.Stable performance: wide voltage 170-270V, wide frequency 50-60Hz.
2.Smaller size, lighter weight, higher efficiency, lower noise and stronger function.
3.Simple operation: pump can run and stop automatically according to the user's requirements, the operation is simple and convenient with only 2 buttons.
4.Smart fault diagnosis: pump will alarm, self-check and fault prediction under abnormal conditions.
5.Water-cooled method drives motor and controller, no fan cooling, which can reduce noise and improve motor efficiency.
6.Ceramic shaft and ceramic bearing ensure water-using safety.
7.Pump can be stacked pressure, 3 Kg can be stacked on the basis of the original water pressure.

Safety notice
The product shall be used strictly according to this Manual. Have Reliable ground terminal connection, and install the electric leakage protection. Electricity should be disconnected before checking any kinds of errors or doing any maintenance.
Working conditions
1.Thin, clean, non-solidifying, non-flammable and non-explosive liquid
2.No solid particles and fibers (less than 0.2mm in diameter)
3.Liquid temperature: 5 ~70°C, PH: 6.5 ~ 8.5
4.Ambient temperature: 0~40°C, Relative humidity: max. 85% (RH)
5.The inlet minimum flow is 3/min
Pipe inlet & outlet installation
Installation notice:
1. Pipe diameter should not be smaller than pump inlet diameter.
2. Pipe for inlet preferred to be harder, because the soft pipe can be deformed by the pump sucking pressure.
3. Recommendation: If possible, install a check valve at the outlet. It will be easier for maintenance: 1) close the valve to hold the water inside the pipes, 2) In case of all taps are closed and pump still running, close the valve and if the pump stop means the pipe system has leakage, if the pump still running means the pump has error.
